Donald Sanchez is no stranger to the Main Event.

The battle-tested middleweight headlined countless MMA cards over the years before transitioning to Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship. He’ll be competing in his first BKFC Main Event on Jan. 27 as he takes on Noah Cutter at Revel Arena in his hometown of Albuquerque, NM, LIVE on The BKFC App. 

The former MMA champ is likely excited to see his name on the marquee, but Sanchez would be just as hungry if he was opening the show on the BKFC Preliminary Card.

“It’s just business as usual,” Sanchez says.

“It’s cool that I’ll get a bit more of a spotlight and a bigger audience to fight in front of, especially with the growth of BKFC, but my job is always going to be the same – go in there and win and put on a show for the fans.”

Sanchez wants to make 2024 his breakout year in the Squared Circle, so the former MMA champ is ready to make a statement against Cutter.

“I’m going to win by knockout, for sure,” he says.

“My goal is to get that BKFC title, and I see myself with the belt by the end of the year.”
