Howard “HD” Davis has gold on his mind. The BKFC World Featherweight Championship is calling his name.

First, of course, the hard-hitting Plantation, FL fighter has to defeat Eduardo Peralta in their bout Friday at BKFC 45 in Hollywood, FL, LIVE on The BKFC App.

“I’m excited to get back in the ring – I’m very prepared for this fight,” Davis says heading into Friday’s action. “We’ve worked very hard and are ready to execute the game plan and get this win.”

After this week’s business has been taken care of, Davis says, he’s gunning for the unbeaten Kai Stewart (4-0), who became the inaugural BKFC featherweight champ at BKFC 44.

“It’s not really his belt,” Davis when asked about fighting Stewart for the title. “We could’ve fought last year. I was coming off an injury, but he didn’t want to fight me. He wanted an easy walk to the title.”

Davis plans on winning Friday, and defeating Stewart for the title by the end of 2023.

“I’m going to eat Kai alive,” he says.
