Sean Wilson’s hard work paid off.
After doubling down on discipline in the leadup to his most recent fight, he was rewarded with a return to the win column at BKFC 43 on Friday in Omaha, NE.
“It was definitely worth it,” says Wilson, who improved to 3-1 under the BKFC banner with his unanimous decision victory over Brandon Meyer.
“It all came together. I’ve got my confidence back, and I’m really excited to get back in action.”
Wilson, a veteran of over 70 pro MMA bouts, wants to keep the good times rolling – ideally against an established star of the BKFC’s stacked lightweight division.
“I want to fight a big name,” he says. “I know I’m a nobody in this sport, but I’d love to move up the ladder and fight somebody with a bit of a following and a bit of momentum behind them.”
