Jonathan Miller has his sights set on Chris Camozzi.
After Miller improved to 2-0 with a second straight stoppage victory at BKFC 42 on Friday, he sees Camozzi, the No. 5 cruiserweight contender, as the next logical step up the BKFC food chain.
Like Miller, Camozzi is 2-0 with a pair of knockouts on his record. But unlike Miller, Camozzi is a 20-time UFC vet and ranked inside the Top 5 cruiserweight rankings.
Bring it on, says Miller.
“He can get knocked out too,” the Pensacola, FL big man says with a laugh.
“He’s already calling for a title shot and everything else, but I don’t think he’s fought anybody. I was brought in to lose both of my fights, but I demolished both of my opponents.”
In Miller’s eyes, Camozzi is a stepping stone to his ultimate goal in the Squared Circle.
“One year from today, I’m going to be holding the belt.”
