Lloyd Mix is back in the mix.
The five-time Bellator MMA vet needed just 14 seconds to win his Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship debut in 2021. Nearly 18 months later, on Friday, Mix was triumphant in his highly anticipated return to the BKFC Squared Circle, defeating Dallas Davison via fourth-round TKO in the Co-Main Event of BKFC 44 in Great Falls, MT.
Mix is hoping to be a lot more active in his fighting career now that he’s got a pair of stoppage victories under his belt.
“I’ll take whoever they give me,” Mix says. “That’s how it’s always been with my career; I’ve never been picky. I try to be ready at all times, so I’m open to jumping in on short notice.”
Mix has high hopes for the near future.
“One year from today, I’d like to have two more fights – two more wins – under my belt,” he says. “And when I’m 4-0, I want to be in the conversation for a gold strap.”
